CN to report second-quarter 2006 financial results on July 20

MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/23/06 -- CN will issue its second-quarter 2006 financial and operating results on July 20, 2006, shortly after 4 p.m. Eastern time (ET). Following the release, CN's senior officers will review the results and the railway's outlook in a conference call/webcast starting at 4.30 p.m. ET July 20.

Analysts and reporters interested in participating in, or listening to, the presentation and following question-and-answer period by telephone should dial 1-866-542-4239 by 4.20 p.m. ET July 20.

E. Hunter Harrison, president and chief executive officer of CN, will lead the conference call and will be joined by Claude Mongeau, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, and James Foote, executive vice-president, sales and marketing.
